                                                Customer Experience Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement or automation in customer service.
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service processes.
• Monitoring the performance of processes and systems after the implementation of improvements.
• Providing analytical reports and recommendations for enhancing customer service processes and systems.
• Participating in change management projects related to customer service business processes.

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis and identifying areas for improvement, data analysis, and project management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the operations, products, services, and regulations of the banking sector.
