As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the welcoming face of our fine dining experience, ensuring every guest is greeted with warmth and professionalism. You’ll assist in creating a seamless dining experience, manage guest reservations, and collaborate with our skilled restaurant team to provide a top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to their tables with a friendly and attentive demeanor
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries efficiently
- Ensure that all areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests and concerns promptly
- Support the restaurant team during peak dining hours to ensure smooth operations
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for delivering high-end service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
