The Company
ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, one of the most prominent multinational companies in Greece that works with global technology leaders is seeking to expand its German Team, and they need you!

Workplace location: Client’s regional offices at south suburb of Athens.

Job Description
Your duties will include handling Inbound phone calls, chat or e-mail with Customers’ enquiries and requests as a first point of support. After processing the enquiries and updating the CRM, you will report any complex issues to the team’s Supervisors.
Overall, customer experience will be among your top priorities!

Responsibilities include:

·       Answer inbound calls and customer queries on a polite and timely manner.

·       Prioritize and escalate customer requests and problems with products.

·       Resolve issues by investigating errors.

·         Diagnose and solve complex software, hardware and networking issues

·         Create technical action plans for analyzing and resolving customer issues.

·         Assigned projects including; documentation review, Beta product participation, product demos, and presenting technical forums.

·         Create clear and concise documentation in the form of case management notes and technical tips.

·         Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and partners

·         Utilize case management tools and provide case monitoring, status updates, documentation and notifications to customers

·         Participate and provide feedback to product design and technical reviews relating to new features and enhancements

·         Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the existing case management and knowledge based systems

·         Use available support tools to diagnose and resolve product and technical issues

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Apart from fluency in English and at least Near Native German skills, you should ask yourself:
