Product Coach

We are looking to recruit a Product Coach for our offices in Athens.

Responsibilities
-  Deliver new recruit on-boarding sessions + ongoing product, solution, service knowledge assessments.
-  Execute on promotions:
o Identify promotions that require agent training
o Build training curriculum
o Run trainings and role plays with agents
o Monitor calls during promotion weeks
o Produce and provide promotion performance report
-  Continuously develop training and knowledge/skill set assessment material.
-  Manage E2E Quality cycle to ensure continuous skills performance with the team.
-  Define training plans and knowledge based assessment modules.
- Evaluate team performance and coaching team to improve their product/services/solutions knowledge (sales agents, team leaders, supervisors).
- Collaborate with supervisors and Operation Manager in order to improve agent skill set/knowledge across project.

- Strong communication skills, including communication at executive level.

- Presentation and training delivery skills (intercultural).
- Motivational and leadership qualities.
- High level knowledge of Windows/MS Office.
- Ability to work autonomously/independently.
- Experience in IT, B2B, sales, account management.
- Fluent in English.
- Training/Coaching certification would be beneficial.
