Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction at a 5-star hotel. The role involves leading hotel departments, driving revenue growth, ensuring high service standards, and enhancing the hotel’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead and motivate department heads to ensure operational excellence and a high-performance team.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure top-tier guest experiences and resolve any concerns.
- Financial Management: Develop budgets, optimize revenue, and monitor financial performance.
- Sales & Marketing: Drive booking strategies and strengthen the hotel’s brand presence.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain luxury service levels.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate on long-term goals and enhance market competitiveness.

Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field; 4-5 years in hotel management, with 3+ years in Food & Beverage leadership.
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial and operational management, and customer service expertise.
- Attributes: Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
