Who are we looking for?
The Payroll Clerk will play a critical role in managing the payroll functions for our employees. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential to keep our payroll workflow smooth and efficient.
As part of your duties, you will:
- Validate and process payroll data, including employee hours, leaves, and overtime
- Prepare and manage payroll reports
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees regarding their pay, deductions, and benefits
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Assist with payroll audits and ensure proper documentation is available
