Our client is a multinational distribution company offering a broad range of polymers from global leading producers and with a focus on excellence in the wire and cable sector. Based in Thessaloniki, the company provides integrated distribution, logistics, and technical service, serving customers nationally and globally.
The Logistics Representative interacts with international customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information. The position is based at the Greek head office in Thessaloniki (Sindos Industrial area).
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicates with customers in Europe to update order status like checking and changing delivery dates
- Processes orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Builds and maintains relationships with customer accounts with open and interactive communication.
- Follow up on the timely resolution of claims, within the agreed time frame of the procedure.
