Position:
We are seeking an experienced Beach Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth operation at the
beach area
- Handling reservations at the beach
- Monitoring cleanliness and hygiene
in the beach area
- Maintaining the service quality at
the beach
- Training staff to provide
excellent service
- Handling guest complaints promptly
- Making
sure the equipment at the beach is properly maintained
Requirments:
- Enthusiastic, friendly &
self-motivated professional
- Ability to cope under pressure and
deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
- Relevant experience in a beach bar
or hotel environment
- Fluency in English
- Ability
to work under high temperature
