Role Summary:
Lead and oversee housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service in guest villas, public areas, and facilities. Supervise and train staff, manage daily assignments, and coordinate with other departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest villas and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring standards are met.
- Conduct team briefings, monitor grooming standards, and assign daily tasks.
- Collaborate with Front Office and other departments on guest requests and VIP needs.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, stock, and lost & found processes.
- Ensure accurate room updates and address discrepancies.
- Train and motivate staff, supporting operational and service excellence.
- Uphold fire safety and quality standards.
