As a Housekeeping Manager you will…
- Oversee and coordinate daily
housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas of the property meet or exceed
cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Supervise, train and motivate
housekeeping staff, managing recruitment, scheduling and performance
evaluations effectively
- Conduct routine inspections to
maintain high cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly
- Manage housekeeping supplies
and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels, cost control and regular
inventory checks
- Ensure compliance with health,
safety and sanitation regulations while adhering to organizational policies and
procedures
- Develop and oversee
departmental budgets, including labor and supply costs, aligning with the
organization’s goals
- Collaborate closely with other
departments, such as Maintenance and Front Office, to ensure seamless
operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Promote and implement
sustainable, eco-friendly cleaning practices that align with the hotel’s
environmental initiatives
- Provide ongoing training and
development to housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, equipment operation and
service excellence
Entry Requirements :
- 2–3 years of experience in a
similar role
- Proficiency in Greek and English,
both spoken and written
- Strong managerial and
supervisory abilities
- Excellent organizational,
hosting, and interpersonal skills, coupled with emotional intelligence and
problem-solving capabilities
