Job Overview:
The Front Desk Shift Leader is responsible for managing room allocations based on the hotel's availability and strategy during their shift. Their main focus is to ensure that guests receive a highly personalized experience, which aligns with the hotel's brand, providing an exceptional guest experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Front Desk Supervisor to evaluate Front Desk Agents' performance.
- Participates actively in training programs to enhance personal and team growth.
- Maintains high standards of behavior, appearance, and professionalism at all times.
- Greets all guests in a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner.
- Addresses guest complaints in a prompt and appropriate manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manages check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring proper guest room allocation based on availability and guest preferences
- Works closely with various departments to fulfill guest needs and requests, ensuring smooth operations across the hotel.
- Takes on additional duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor, contributing to the efficient operation of the Front Desk.
- Ensures a high level of customer service is maintained, upholding the hotel's values and standards
