Guest Relations Agent

D’Angelo Villas offers luxury accommodations in Mykonos, providing exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful individual to assist guests and oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless stay.

📍 Location: Mykonos, Greece

📅 Seasonal Position (mid April– mid October 2025)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide personalized recommendations for their stay.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate reservations for restaurants, transportation, and activities.
• Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain top-quality service.
• Handle administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in tourism preferred.
• Fluent in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus).
• Friendly, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license (ownership of a vehicle is an asset).
• Proficient knowledge of computers and relevant applications.
