As a Consumer Brand Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:  

• Develop and implement comprehensive consumer brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share for diabetes care products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, medical, regulatory, analytics, IT, to create and execute brand campaigns
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement
• Adapt global toolkits to suit Greek requirements and build on them to deliver campaigns for maximum impact on results
• Analyze brand performance and provide actionable insights to improve future brand strategies
• Oversee the creation of brand materials, including content, graphics, and videos, tailored to the diabetes care market
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends in the diabetes care market
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients and advocacy groups
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and market conditions in the diabetes care sector
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

The ideal candidate for the position of Consumer Brand Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• MBA would be considered as a strong asset
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Proven track record of successful brand campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Fluency in Greek and English (both in written & verbal)
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment
