The Business District Manager develops, applies, and executes the business development of the area under
his/her responsibility. Establishes and meets company’s commercial objectives for sales and profit
performance and ensures customer experience delivery through respective B2B channels.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise, train, coach, support and mentoring a team of Business Advisors
- Target setting and action planning in order to drive commercial effectiveness in convergent sales
- Knowledge of market and digital business trends. Gather insights from the market and use them to improve commercial effectiveness (products & services)
- Be a genuinely inspiring consultant, energized & lead by example to motivate Business Advisors to abide by company’s vision and goals
- Build strong relationships with Vodafone shops and sales advisors through dedication to guiding, influencing, and supporting day to day business
