Technical Consultant

Alumil, one of the most evolved and technologically advanced groups in research, development and producing of architectural aluminium systems in Europe, is looking for a Technical Consultant.


Who are we looking for?
Our Technical Consultant will be based in our offices in Acharnes and provide technical support to aluminium fabricators while assisting in the development of new fabricators and improving the technical background of the existing ones. They also promote aluminium systems, and particularly the Supreme systems, to the fabricators providing high-level technical solutions while entering all the relevant data to the CRM system. Last but not least, the provision of technical support to fabricators liaising with sales engineers on large-scale projects is an additional responsibility of the Technical Consultant.

About the profile
A mentoring attitude is one of the most crucial elements for a successful Technical Consultant. We need a person that will evolve our partners/fabricators in the region, but in order to do so, technical expertise on aluminium profiles is a must. Soft skills like communication, proactiveness and persuasiveness contribute greatly to a successful Technical Consultant.

Specifically, the profile should match the following qualities:

• Persuasion & Communication
• Team spirit
• Motivated personality
• Conflict resolution skills

Educational skills:

• Engineering Degree would be favoured
• Good English skills
• Knowledge of a CAD software would be a plus
• Very good computer literacy

Professional skills:

• Proven experience using CRM systems
• Experience in the aluminium industry will be appreciated
• Previous experience in Sales Engineering is desired
