Our recruiting season for 2025 has started and we are looking to recruit associates for our Front Office Team! We are seeking a Groom (Doorman/Bellboy) to be the first point of contact for our valued guests, delivering a warm, welcoming, and highly professional service as part of our exceptional hospitality team!

As a Groom (Doorman/Bellboy), you will play a key role in creating a memorable arrival and departure experience for our guests. From assisting with luggage to ensuring that all guest needs are met, your professionalism and attention to detail will reflect the high standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel immediately at ease
• Assist guests with luggage handling and transport to their rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding resort amenities, services, and local attractions
• Open doors, greet guests, and offer assistance with transportation, ensuring prompt service and attention to detail
• Ensure guest vehicles are parked or transferred in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain the lobby area and entrance of the resort to ensure a welcoming and organized environment
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and provide excellent service
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and guest service at all times

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a doorman, bellboy, or similar hospitality role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages (such as Greek, French, or German) is a plus
• A warm, welcoming personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• A professional and well-groomed appearance in line with 5-star standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
• EU Driving license is required
