Job Description:

As a Maintenance Worker at Apeiron Blue Santorini, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and aesthetics of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel premises. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and proactive approach will contribute to maintaining our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

• Conduct routine inspections of the hotel premises to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Respond to guest requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of equipment and fixtures
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and storage areas
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities while minimizing guest disruption
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Maintenance Manager 

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs efficiently and effectively
• Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and accessing maintenance systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
