Job description
The software support department is responsible to deploy and support our owned solutions to our customers. The team consults customers regarding software capabilities and business best practices in cooperation with software development team. In MIK3, our customers’ experience is in high priority and this department’s mission is to maintain in high level this perception. The support team trained on our own software and recommended best practices directly from the development team. Cooperation, collaboration and agility are the duties of our team members.
Qualifications
- Information Technology or Computer Science degree
- 3 years of experience on software support
- knowledge of relational databases
- Knowledge of OS and Networking
