B2B Sales Consultant – Ioannina (Ref. 5830/B2BSC/ESS/GR)
Role Overview:
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for expanding the customer base, fostering long-term client relationships and consistently achieving exceptional sales performance covering the Epirus area. This role plays a vital part in driving business growth and delivering outstanding results through strategic sales initiatives and client-focused engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with both new and existing clients to identify their needs, promote tailored solutions and drive business expansion through effective sales strategies.
- Establish, nurture and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners and distributors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through consistent communication and support.
- Lead and conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations, effectively showcasing the features, benefits and value propositions of offerings to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market developments and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to seize new business opportunities and stay ahead of market shifts.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date record of sales activities, regularly track performance metrics, set targets and report on progress to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with the management team, sharing regular updates on market feedback, sales results, and strategic initiatives to help shape decision-making and long-term business planning.
