Randstad, on behalf of ZeniΘ, the leading integrated energy provider in Greece offering natural gas and electricity, is looking to add a new member to its team with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills for the position of Sales Channels Coordinator.

The responsibilities of the Sales Channels Coordinator include:

  • Identify opportunities and develop the external sales channels network within the area of responsibility
  • Monitor and manage the activities of all external sales channels network in order to maximize results, according to commercial policy
  • Advise and provide support to all the external sales channels network
  • Provide training to all external sales channels network 
  • Work on sales targets and implement the sales channels strategy 
  • Create & provide monthly reports regarding sales KPI’s to all external sales channels network and propose corrective actions
  • Interact with the colleagues of other units regarding sales activities of the area of responsibility when required
  • Work in the best possible way in order to reach the targets and goals that have been set for the area of responsibility.
  • Keep an eye on the competition of energy market
  • Provide feedback on daily/weekly basis
  • Address and forward customer service issues as raised by the external partners to the proper sector
  • Participate in company’s trainings
  • Develop positive relationships with partners
  • Act as the point of contact and handle partners’ individual needs
  • Collaborate with sales team in order to ensure attainment of growth

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the Sales Channels Coordinator position should have:

  • At least 2 years of prior work experience in similar position
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Master degree will be an asset
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP software
  • Very Good knowledge of English
  • Driver's License
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to pay strict attention to details
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management to achieve monthly goals
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate and credibly influence people at all levels
  • Ability to work independently but also as a team member
