ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading luxury hospitality company is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO.

Executive Assistant to CEO (5657/EA/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide comprehensive and integrated secretarial and administrative support.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screening and prioritizing emails and phone calls.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist the CEO with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Respond to different stakeholders, maintaining high professional standards and meeting conflicting needs.
  • Operate independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:
  • Proven professional experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or another relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills both in Greek and English languages (oral and written).
  • Strong organizational, time management, multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Customer service excellence with commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
  • Adaptability with continuously changing requirements.
