Jobfind.gr, on behalf of its client, is seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join the team as a B2B Inbound Sales Representative. This role will primarily involve handling inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing information about our products or services, and ultimately closing sales.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Show understanding and empathy towards customers experiencing issues and assist them in using our app effectively
- Research and promptly respond to inquiries through phone, email, and live chat support
- Utilize internal and external resources to deliver exceptional service
- Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to relevant teams
- Direct calls to appropriate resources, meticulously documenting all customer interactions
- Analyze and communicate emerging trends in customer issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and adhere to quality guidelines
- Achieve internal service-level agreements and performance metrics
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives
- Participate in training sessions as required
- Manage client accounts
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and offer exceptional customer service to existing clients
- Advocate new products and services, providing relevant solutions to customers through a consultative approach
Specific responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls and emails from potential business clients
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable products or services
- Providing detailed information on product features, pricing, and payment options
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Experience using customer support software and troubleshooting tools
- Strong English language skills (B2/C1 level), both written and spoken
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in B2B
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively engage with customers and establish rapport
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to client needs
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools
