About the Role:
Our company is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Manager to be responsible for the smooth running of computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and deadlines. The relevant IT Manager will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company’s computing needs.
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and passionate manager to make a significant contribution to the continued growth and success of the company.
The role will be based in our headquarters in Tavros, Athens.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and leading a team of 3 members.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with business needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy and evolution
- Identify problematic areas, report them to administration proposals and implement strategic solutions in time. Work in close with the management team.
- Support business activities, such as wholesale, retail, e-commerce
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Candidate Profile:
- Proven working experience 3+ years as an IT Manager or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and problem solving
- Computer hardware/software systems implementations and project leading. Entersoft ERP & WMS knowledge will be a must.
