Back Office Assistant (Marousi)

Job Description

• Facilitating daily calls and emails, and serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, external service providers, finance, and management.
• Demonstrating an understanding of property management processes and terminology, which will be considered advantageous.
• Monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures to ensure smooth operation.
• Providing monthly reports on all accounts payable and receivable to clients and management.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum two (2) years of similar experience.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
