Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and leading our team of waitstaff. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and seating guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Providing recommendations to guests, showcasing your knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings
- Ensuring that tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service
- Supervising and training waitstaff, ensuring they deliver outstanding service
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, following sanitation and hygiene standards
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
- Ensuring compliance with restaurant policies and procedures
Salary and Benefits:
- Net salary of 1800E per month
- Tips averaging around 600E-1000E per month
- Live-in accommodation available
- Meals provided
Working Hours:
- 6 days of work out of 6 days in a week
- 8 hours per day
