Chefs for a 2* Michelin Hotel in Wiltshire, UK

From a 5* hotel with 2 Michelin stars in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, UK, the below positions are wanted:

Commis Chef: Salary £18,000 and non-contractual service charge of approximately £1,000 per annum

Demi Chef de Partie:Salary of £20,000 and non-contractual service charge of approximately £2,000 per annum

Chef de Partie:Salary of £22,000 and non-contractual service charge of approximately £4,000 per annum

 

*CdP’s will need Michelin experience, the other roles 2/3 rosette.

* Mjust speak good English

*Other benefits are:

 *Chefs will be trialled before offers are made.

*Accommodation is offered at around £280/month, all bills included.
