Permitting Manager (Μηχανικοί από όλη την Ελλάδα)

Our Company on behalf of its client is seeking for a Permitting Manager.

Permitting Manager is responsible for management of all construction and engineering permits including permits from local Authorities for crossings, water extraction, etc.

Detailed description:
- Ensure compliance of company policies/procedures
- Ensure operations are conducted to a high standard which meets or exceeds client requirements
- Ensure proper quality control procedures are utilized
- Effectively control costs
- Cooperate and communicate with other permit agents, survey crew, drill crew and recording crew to maximize efficiencies
- Active participation in HSE issues
- Participate in the permit project start up meetings and ensure an absolute understanding of all topics discussed
- Completes all necessary paperwork
- Active participation in all safety/tailgate meetings
- Inform crew manager of any problems and/or concerns
- Research ownership for surface and/or minerals
- Negotiate and acquire necessary surface and/or mineral permits for crew access
- Support surveying, drilling, and recording phases making sure permit stipulations are followed, and addressing problems as the issues arise

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least two year previous experience for the same or similar position
• Works well independently and as a team member
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
• Ability to complete tasks without supervision
• Ability to work accurately and be attentive to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Organizational Skills
• Positive Attitude
• Self-motivated; shows a high level of initiative
• Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal) in Greek and English
