Our client is a multinational company which produces and supplies fire protection systems for big projects around the world. The company was first founded in Dubai but has expanded successfully its operations to more than 100 countries worldwide.

Qualifications
-    BS in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
-    Minimum 5 years of experience in the MEP Field
-    Specialist in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems.
-    Knowledge of NFPA codes
-    Familiar with the components of the Sprinkler system, Foam system
-    Managerial and interpersonal Skills
-    Computer skills.
-    Fluent in English

Responsibilities
-    Project management skills
-    Reviewing the contract terms, specifications, quotation, submittals and approvals, design drawings
-    Preparing Site progress reports and the project documentation
-    Supervise a group of projects and ensure that the workmanship standards are achieved.
-    Distribute the work and give necessary instructions to his team to execute the work. Follow up for all the site requirements such as (installation materials, equipments, tools etc.).
-    Prepare Projects Quality Plans.
-    Ensure prompt preparation and submission of progress claim
-    Ensure timely hand-over (delivery) of project.
-    Able to resolve client and management project issues.
-    Prepares reports with proposed solutions for non-conformities as well as for work progress status.
