ICAP Recruitment Solutions, due to the department’s expansion, is seeking to hire an HR Recruiter.

HR RECRUITER (Ref.2644)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including position posting, sourcing, screening and recommending placement of candidates
• Mass recruiting through adverts, company’s database and social media sites
• Build and maintain communication with candidates for current and future openings
• Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring decisions and coordinating interviews
• Oversee all communications with prospective candidates

Qualifications:

• Post Graduates/ Graduates of Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
• MSc in Human Resources will be considered a plus
• 1-2 years working experience in similar position
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent Knowledge of MS office applications
