Finance Data Analyst
Short-term goal of this role is to become a part of the Business Analysis team and support the FP&A Compensation and Benefits Business Partner in the Planning and Reporting cycles by maintaining the current setup and functionalities (excel databases) and contribute in the roll out of the Planning model to new regions. The medium-term challenge of the role and after the standardization of the C&B processes and systems is to expand on other Finance areas and support the Business Analysis with insightful reporting.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze, produce, and maintain the Monthly Compensation & Benefits (C&B) reports and Budget scenarios
- Ensure functionality, data integrity, and accuracy of C&B data
- Maintain & improve current MS Excel database structure & Budgeting model
- Support the roll out of the C&B budgeting model to other regions
- Support the creation of the model blueprint and participate in the system transition
- Participate in cross – functional projects within or outside finance
Your Main Qualifications / Skills:
- University degree in Finance or Economics
- Postgraduate studies in Data Analysis
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Business or Data Analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and advanced skills in Excel (Power Pivot and Power Query). Power BI background will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Visual basic will be considered an asset
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Entersoft or other ERP experience will be considered an asset
- Team spirit and ability to coordinate several activities across the Group
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in both written and verbal communication in English & Greek
