SALES ASSISTANT (M/F) - ΓΕΡΜΑΝΙΑ

The Del Monte (Germany) GmbH is a subsidiary of Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc., a leading, vertically integrated manufacturer and marketer of high-quality fresh and processed fruit and vegetables. We are looking to support our team in Altfeld next to Marktheidenfeld with an Sales Assistant (m/f)

Your responsibilities

- Entry of different orders into the enterprise resource planning system

- Support administration entry

- Processing of claims

- Awarding of freight orders to forwarding agents

- Transfer of realized sales orders to the corresponding department with afterwards auditing of accounts

- Control of incoming invoices

- Support controlling and compliance of customer payments

- Prepare different reports

- Handling customer complaints

- If necessary sales approach

Your Profile

- Commercial education, two years or more of job experience

- Excellent knowledge in MS-Office, especially Excel

- Fluent in English and strong communication skills

In addition, you have a high perception and the ability to solve problems under time pressure effectively. You have good communication skills and you are able to use them in customer contact. You have a good self-organization and a high degree of initiative. In addition, you work independently, have a high level of commitment and see yourself as a team player.
