efficient Secretary to support our office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication and multitasking skills. This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records, to support our activities and ensure smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Office organization, planning, and arranging daily obligations.
- Handling correspondence.
- Managing both internal and external communications with clients and colleagues.
- Managing schedules and calendars.
- Assisting with project and event coordination.
- Meeting preparation and support.
- Travel arrangements.
- Managing documents and data.
- Conducting market research.
- Managing office supplies.
- Assisting with basic financial tasks and expenses.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and computer use.
- Problem-solving ability and responsibility.
- Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations.
- Knowledge of trading or the specific industry sector is a plus.
- Fluent in English, Arabic or French; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
