Περιγραφή

ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a pioneering Greek Consumer Healthcare products company, is seeking for a driven professional for the position of the Area Sales Manager for North Greece.

 

AREA SALES MANAGER – NORTH GREECE (Ref. 2697)

 

Main accountabilities:

  • Designs and applies sales and trade channel strategies for existing and new products.
  • Monitors actively competition and the market trends and makes proposals to assure agility and development. 
  • Manages all territory clients by increasing customer satisfaction, orders and sales.
  • Leads and manages the Pharmacy Sales team, ensuring the achievement of targets.
  • Develops all products' market share. Identifies and develops potential areas for growth in collaboration with the brand management team.   

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications & Competences:

  • Bachelor Degree. A Master´s degree will be a plus.
  • Prior experience of 5+ years from reputable companies in the Consumer Healthcare/ OTC market, or alternatively the FMCG market.
  • Deep knowledge of the challenges in Pharmacy sales.
  • People management experience.
  • Excellent English & PC user capacity.
  • Ability of frequent traveling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands on sales philosophy.
  • Leadership and achievement drive.
  • Results orientation.
  • Team-player attitude.
