Full - Stack Head Developer / Project Manager

Our client is the TripAdvisor for weddings. We make the big day affordable, personal, unique and easy to plan. Users visit the online marketplace for venues, photographers, florists, caterers and much more.

For our continuously expanding team, we are currently looking for a Full - Stack Head Developer / Project Manager,  to be based in Eastern or Southern Europe (Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Italy).

This is a 100% remote (home office) full time position, under wage labor status.

 Job description

- Bachelor Degree

- 6-10 years experience required including managing of small teams

- Ideally PHP coding language and familiar writing in frameworks e.g. Zend

- Excellent English and communication skills are required, as the individual will be communicating on a daily basis with their English team members in London.

Candidates will need the following

- The desire to work on single project building a team and the technology for several years. This is a full time position and no other work can be done in conjunction to this. Those developers that are attracted to project work need apply.

- A lean, agile and scrum approach to development

- A bullet enthusiasm for internet start ups rather than large companies.

- The ability to build and inspire a technical team

- Employ best practice frameworks to ensure the codes is agile, scalable, productive, labelled and bug free.
 

- Candidates will interviewed, reference checked and examined for their coding skills.
