Position: Sales Coordinator - Export and Distribution Support
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Type of Employment: Full-time
ProGnosis Biotech S.A., a rapidly growing export-oriented company, is seeking to hire a candidate for the export-sales division. The selected candidate will play a significant role in supporting and managing distributors, maintaining sales, promoting and expanding the distribution network.
Main Responsibilities :
- Daily monitoring of export activities.
- Training supporting and handling distributors through technical training and by providing the necessary marketing material.
- Evaluating and formulating pricing policy per product category and by department.
- Preparing monthly/annual forecasts and sales reports.
- Developing and expanding the distribution/clientele network within the defined territory.
- Updating customers /distributors for new and all forthcoming future product codes.
- Providing technical training and support for new and existing customers/distributors for all Prognosis Biotech product lines (After having attended all the necessary training schemes which are required for the position).
- Assisting customers/distributors and supervising ordering process
- Supporting customers/distributors regarding technical issues, complaints(troubleshooting) and with all the necessary product applications.
- Participating in international trade fairs and business trips to areas of responsibility.
Requirements :
- Degree in one of the following categories: Medical Laboratories/Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, International Relations, Balkan Slavic Eastern Studies, Economics.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
- Computer skills (MS Office).
- Driving license required.
- Willingness to travel abroad 20%-30% of working time.
- Completed military services (if applicable).
