Unified Communication Engineer

Our Company, on behalf of its client based in the Vienna area (Austria), seeks to cover the position of:
Unified Communication Engineer

Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Active Participation in daily operation tasks (Incidents/ changes)
- Maintain challenging and complex infrastructures in the domain of Voice over IP
- Advanced debugging and troubleshooting
- Proactive analysis - Participate actively in Health checks before impact production
- Preparation and execution of small projects (Releases) & Contribution to projects delivery (Major releases)
- Propose and contribute to technical improvement plans
- Ensure compliancy in operations and projects
- Interact and co-operate with vendors and Ensure customer satisfaction

- University Degree in Computer Science
- 4+ years previous experience in Cisco Collaboration field
- Fluent in English and French language
- Experience in delivering in a production environment:
- Knowledge of Operational risk, Respect of processes in place.

Proven technical experience in
• Cisco Unified Communication Manager , Voice
• Gateways, Unity Connection, UCCX and Jabber.
Ability to:
• understand technical situations/architectures,
• execute in production environment,
• provide recommendations
• prioritize
Sense for pro-activity, Customer focus, Rigorous and pay attention to details, excellent communication skills, Team player (but also an independent operator), Sense of ownership/accountability

Ideal Attributes
Knowledge in any of the following satellite products will be considered as an asset:
• ASC, NICE
• IPTrade, Calltax, PeterConnect, Rightfax, Telesnap
• Cisco Telepresence
Certifications like CCNP-Voice is preferred & CCIE-Collaboration highly desired
