ICAP Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, multinational technology company, for a professional, to cover the following position:
 

Customer Care Relationship Supervisor (2711)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team by training, developing and coaching team members on a consistent basis
  • Manage daily business objectives by providing direction to team members related to the company's goals and expectations through organization, direction and implementation of departmental processes and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain team statistics, logs, and process manuals, and produce necessary reports on such information as requested
  • Help to achieve and maintain turnover goals
  • All other duties as needed or required

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing
  • 3+ years’ work experience in a retail, customer service and/or sales environment
  • 1+ year of management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent Command of French language
  • Experience using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to present data, ideas, etc. in a professional manner for various levels of management, up to and including senior executives
  • Experience managing a customer call center operations preferred
