Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team by training, developing and coaching team members on a consistent basis

Manage daily business objectives by providing direction to team members related to the company's goals and expectations through organization, direction and implementation of departmental processes and procedures

Monitor and maintain team statistics, logs, and process manuals, and produce necessary reports on such information as requested
