ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an E-Commerce / E-Shop Administrator.
📌 Location: Athens (Glyfada)
📍 Working Model: On-site
🖋️You will be reporting to: Manager
What you will do:- Manage and update product listings and descriptions on the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability information is displayed.
- Handle online customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Process and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Analyze and report on sales data and website performance.
Requirements- Proven experience as an E-commerce Administrator or similar role.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
- Familiarity with the Shopify platform
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
