We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You are our frontline support to ensure our customers are satisfied, and to share customer feedback within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to the best of your ability (via email, app store reviews, and other platforms).
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Knowing our product and service inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
