Customer Service Representative, Export Sales
The role holder provides customer support by assisting and handling customers’ orders, account questions, billing, cancelations, complaints and other queries.
Position overview:
The job holder will be based in Athens and the role’s main responsibilities will be:
- Deal directly with Export Sales customers and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions, provide accurate, valid and complete information regarding customers’ data
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Place orders
- Customer account responsibility
- Communicate customer needs within the organization
- Perform customer verifications
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
Position requirements:
- University Degree
- Fluency in English– knowledge of other foreign languages, will be considered a plus
- Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, will be considered a plus
- Excellent computer knowledge especially MS OFFICE software, familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication, cooperation, and organizational skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on results
